Premium Report

The Premium Report is designed to generate an overall report of the projects including information on project progress and project financials.

 Report Filter

 Description

 Date Select

The date option enables you to select a specific time period and filter  projects which falls within the selected time period.

 

Defaults to the current reporting period.

 

Parent/ Standalone Projects

Dropdown list of all parent and standalone projects within the system. Allows you to select a parent/ standalone project.

 

“Show All’ is selected by default

 

Child Projects

Dropdown list of all child projects linked to the parent project selected from ‘Parent/Standalone Projects’ dropdown filter. “Show All’ is selected by default

 

Project Approval Status

Dropdown allows the selection of project approval status (Approved, Differed, Rejected etc.). ‘Show All’ is selected by default

 

Project Type

Dropdown list of all project types defined within Settings Configuration> Project Type area. Allows you to select a project type. “Show All” is selected by default

 

Directorate

Dropdown list of all Directorates available within the organisation. Allows you to select a directorate. Default selection is the 'Show All' option.

 

Department

Dropdown list of all Departments available within the organisation. Allows you to select a department. Default selection is the 'Show All' option.

 

Services

Dropdown list of all Service Profiles available within the organisation. Allows you to select a service profile. Default selection is the 'Show All' option.

 

Category

Dropdown list of all project categories defined within the system. Allows you to select a project category. “Show All” is selected by default

Project Sponsor/Owner

 Dropdown filter to select the relevant project sponsor. Show All” is selected by default

Councilor Interest

Dropdown filter with ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ options. Allows you to filter projects according to the Councilor Interest defined within Project Details area. ‘Show All’ is selected by default.

Linked to Interplan

Dropdown filter with ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ options. Allows you to filter projects according to their linkage to interplan action or tasks. ‘Show All’ is selected by default.

Show Budget Performance Chart

The tick box will allow you to show/hide the Budget Performance chart in the report. By default, this option is ticked.

 

Show KPI Performance Chart

The tick box will allow you to show/hide the KPI Performance chart in the report. By default, this option is ticked.

 

Show Project Progress Chart

The tick box will allow you to show/hide the Project Progress chart in the report. By default, this option is ticked.

 

Show Risk Rating Chart

The tick box will allow you to show/hide the Risk Rating chart in the report. By default, this option is ticked.

 

Show Financial Summary

 The tick box will allow you to show/hide the Financial Summary section of the report. By default, this option is ticked.

 

Show Status Report Graph

The tick box will allow you to show/hide the Status Report Graph in the report. By default, this option is ticked.

 

Show Project Summary

The tick box will allow you to show/hide the Project Summary section of the report. By default, this option is ticked.

Financial summary

Start Date

Displays the project Start Date

End Date

Displays the project End Date

Preliminary Budget

Displays the Income, Expenditure and Net budget values defined within Preliminary Budget object for three financial years. Budget values will be shown for three financial years to the future starting from the financial year which the ‘To’ date of the Date Select filter belongs to

Budget

Displays the total of Net Annual Budget value within Implementation Budget object for the selected timeframe

Actual

Displays the total of Net Actual YTD value within Implementation Budget object for the selected timeframe.

Project Summary

Project Code/ Name

Project Reference code and Project name entered when creating the project

Type

Displays the project type selected within project details area .

Project Owner

Displays the project owner’s name and position defined within project details area

Start Date

Project start date defined within project details area

Completion Date

Project end date entered via project details area

Progress

Progress of the project

Budget

Shows the budget status

Status Report Graph

This will only be shown if you have activated the ‘Projected Status’ field in the Project Details object.
